Sudamericano Sub 20: Chile 1-3 Paraguay

Chile got off a disappointing start in their quest for qualification for the Under 20 World Cup after they lost 3-1 to Paraguay in the opening match of the hexagonal phase of the Sudamericano Sub-20 tournament.

Chile 3-0 Haiti

Chile made it two wins out of two under the tutelage of Jorge Sampaoli after they defeated Haiti 3-0 in Concepción on Saturday with all three goals coming in the second half.

Chile 2-1 Senegal

Jorge Sampaoli’s reign as manager of the national team got off to a winning start as a Chilean side made up of home based players defeated Senegal 2-1 in La Serena.

Sudamericano Sub 20: Chile 3-2 Paraguay

A second string Chilean side made it four wins out of four in the Sudamericano Sub 20 tournament after a last minute goal saw them defeat Paraguay 3-2. The win created history as they became the first Chilean team of any age to win four consecutive games in a South American tournament.

Copa Sudamericano Sub 20: Chile 2-1 Colombia

Chile have secured passage through to the hexagonal phase of the Sudamericano Sub 20 tournament after winning their third straight game as they defeated Colombia 2-1 although for the second time in three games they finished the match with nine players.

Chile made it two wins from two in the Sudamericano Sub 20 tournament after defeating Bolivia 2-0 in Mendoza courtesy of goals to Nicolás Castillo and Cristián Cuevas.

Chile got off to an impressive start in its Sudamericano Sub 20 campaign after defeating host nation Argentina 1-0 with Universidad Católica striker Nicolás Castillo grabbing the only goal of the game as la roja finished the game in Mendoza with only nine men.
