Playoff action continues this week with the first legs of the semi finals being played on Wednesday and Thursday respectively. O’Higgins will host Universidad de Chile in the first of these match-ups and will be hoping it will be first time lucky for the semi-final debutants. The match earlier in the season, which was also at El Teniente ended in a 1-1 draw and the home side will be hoping they can improve on that come Wednesday.
The second match sees Unión La Calera host Universidad Católica with the surprise packets of the season so far hoping that they can pull off one more here against the team that finished the regular season on top of the table. Unión La Calera were the only team to defeat los cruzados and they will pushing for a repeat of their 2-1 victory of Round Three.
