Campeonato de Clausura 2011: Round 11 fixtures

Two days after the completion of the previous round, Round 11 gets under way with Universidad Católica visiting Cobreloa to kick off proceedings on Saturday afternoon looking to arrest a recent form slump that has seen them lose four out of their last five matches.

After Universidad de Chile dropped their first points of the season they will look to get back to winning ways against Iquique whilst their nearest rival Colo Colo travel to La Serena to try and keep the gap to a minimum if La “U” should slip up. Audax Italiano, who lost to the aforementioned Colo Colo in the last round will be looking to keep in touch with the top two as close out the round hosting Huachipato on Monday night.

With an eye to the relegation spots the match between Santiago Morning and Ñublense, who both sit in the automatic relegation spots, face off in a match that could go a long way to determining both teams’ chances of staying in the Primera Division come 2012.
