Chile defeated Perú 3-1 in the first leg of the Copa del Pacífico held in Arica with goals from Esteban Paredes, Enzo Andia and Eugenio Mena proving to be the difference between the two sides.
Despite losing the second legs of their semi-finals 2-1, both Cobreloa and Universidad de Chile progressed to the final after seeing off Colo Colo and Universidad Católica respectively.
Both Universidad de Chile and Cobreloa grabbed the advantage in their respective semi-finals after both teams won away in the first legs on the weekend.
